To make the learning process simpler and more enjoyable, The Global FC Zone solicits general information regarding learning needs and preferences. Many consumers have expressed interest in receiving appropriate offerings of education, finance, and preparedness-related products and services that may be useful to them. This means that The Global FC Zone will not share information about your educational preferences and financial status with its affiliates unless The Global FC Zone asks for, and receives, your permission. Except as stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, The Global FC Zone will disclose personal and financial information about you (as described above) with non-affiliated companies or third parties only if you agree that it can. Please note that The Global FC Zone will not share information regarding your income and assets with any non-affiliate, except as described in the next paragraph. The Global FC Zone will not share information about your educational preferences and financial status (as described above) with either affiliates or non-affiliates as permitted by law. Former Customers After you are no longer an active The Global FC Zone customer, The Global FC Zone will continue to treat information you have provided as if you were still a customer. Effectiveness of Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy applies only to individual consumers. This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 21, 2011.
